Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

Delivery

We currently use the following UK parcel couriers to deliver your order:

  • The Royal Mail
  • myHermes

Flat rate £3.95 2nd Class or myHermes.

Free delivery on orders over £70 this will be sent 2nd class or myHermes.

Delivery Time

3 to 5 business days after dispatch

UK Delivery

We currently ship online to: England, Scotland and Wales.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.

If we have a problem with your order we will contact you. Please ensure you give as many points of contact as possible
On rare occasions, some items may take longer to be delivered than quoted in these instances you will be contacted by a member of staff, and advised of a time scale.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not send out orders over the weekend. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be despatched before the following Monday.
The earliest possible delivery date for orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday is therefore the following Tuesday.

International Orders

We can ship items outside of the UK but this is subject to us receiving the order and weighing and getting Shipping quotes. Please send us your order via email to info@justforewe-coniston.co.uk and we will send you a price to ship your item.

Damaged Goods

Please contact us by phone or email within 5 days of receipt of your order. If you fail to report a damged item within 5 days this will invalidate your right to any refund or replacement.
Proof of Breakages

In the case you receive a broken item Just for Ewe may ask customers to provide photographic evidence of broken or damaged goods.

Incorrect or Missing

Please contact us by phone or email within 5 days of receipt of your order. If you fail to let us no within 5 days this will invalidate your right to a refund or a replacement.

Prices

Whilst we endeavour to keep prices stable, we reserve the right to alter prices as and when it becomes necessary. All goods are offered in good faith and of course are subject to availability.

Sizes and capacities are approximate only.

Security & Privacy

When making payment you will be transferred automatically to secure pages and your payments processed through our secure site to process your payment transaction safely and securely. In accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations (2000) we will mail you details of your order and confirmation details of payment. It is our policy not to sell or pass on any personal details.

Payment

All payments are processed by Paypal to ensure that you enjoy maximum security and peace of mind when making payment online.
All prices quoted include 20.00% VAT.
Payment will be processed at the time of order. The name and billing address given must be the same as the registered name and address of the cardholder. Failure to supply correct details may result in your order being delayed until you supply the correct details. In accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations (2000) we will email you details of your order and confirmation details of payment. You will be emailed your order confirmation.
